2014 Wine Ride–The Oregon Trail gives guests the opportunity to learn about the terroir and wines of Oregon, including those of Chapter 24 Vineyards and Raptor Ridge. The event will start at 6:30 pm featuring Advanced Sommelier David Keck, who will present a wine education program on Chapter 24 Oregon Wines, followed by a chef-prepared three-course meal by Chef Graham Laborde at Kipper Club Test Kitchen, paired with Raptor Ridge wines. David Keck, is the General Manager and Wine Director of The Camerata at Paulie’s Wine Bar. David was first runner up in the 2012 TEXSOM Texas’ Best Sommelier Competition and won Third Place in the national finals of the 2013 Guild of Sommeliers’ TOP|SOMM competition.
