I never go a day without eating breakfast. Unfortunately, my morning meals rarely consist of wonderful treats like avocado toast, mimosas and eggs benedict (sigh). Day-to-day life often gets hectic, and thus a simple apple and peanut butter or yogurt and berries have to suffice.
